WELCOME TO MY COUNSELLING SPACE
I’m an integrative counsellor, and I offer a kind, supportive space where you can talk openly and feel heard. I work with people facing many different challenges, including anxiety, low mood, trauma, relationship difficulties, infertility, and life changes such as menopause or loss. My aim is to help you make sense of what’s happening in your life and find a way forward that feels manageable and true to you.

Why Choose Me?
I offer integrative counselling tailored to your unique needs. Together we will explore your concerns, discover your strengths, and work towards achieving meaningful change in your life.
Personalised Approach:
As an integrative counsellor, I blend various therapeutic methods to suit your specific needs. I approach counselling with kindness and compassion, and I will help you explore your issues by asking questions and creating an environment where you feel at ease and be able to share your concerns with me. One of my strengths is forming working relationships which is key to feeling safe and heard. We will then work together towards making changes in your life.
Experienced Professional:
Alongside my private practise, as a Counsellor, I work as a Mental Health Recovery Worker bringing with me a wealth of experience to understand and address a wide range of Mental Health issues.
I did my counselling training within a homeless shelter and a maternal counselling service. All the above experience has given me an empathic understanding of us as humans and the struggles we face.
A Safe and Comfortable Space:
I offer sessions in a welcoming room at the Emmaus site in Portslade. The space is designed to help you feel calm and at ease. I also offer online sessions, so you can connect with me from the comfort of your home, whether via Doxy, Google Meet, or phone. My counselling service is available for individuals (over 16 years old)
Fees & Accessibility:
My sessions are £50 for 50 minutes. I offer a free 15-minute consultation so we can ensure we’re a good fit for each other. I also provide discounted rates for those on low incomes, students, and counselling trainees (subject to availability).
Testimony:
“Our sessions have had a huge positive impact on my Mental Health journey and I feel we have an excellent rapport. You have created a safe space to explore all my issues and assisted and supported me to challenge my belief system. Enabling me to feel and believe that I am in control and not just subject to my Mental Health.”
